Annual Management for Multi-Year Plans
LEI reference data must be revalidated at least annually. With a multi-year plan, LEI24 coordinates this process throughout the selected service period. The entity may still be asked to confirm information or provide evidence when changes cannot be verified through authoritative sources.
A three- or five-year plan does not issue the LEI for several years without review. The LEI remains assigned to the entity, but its associated reference data must be revalidated annually to maintain the registration status ISSUED.
LEI24 manages the scheduled renewals included in the plan. If information or documents are required, they must be supplied before the annual revalidation can be completed.
